President of the Solana galaxy, during the time when Kurt Swiftblade came into Solana. He was also still in ruling by the
time 'The Sonic 6' became famous too.
Trivia
I needed to create a president who was in ruling during the time Ace Hardlight was a superhero (long before Ratchet came into the spotlight!) so I created this guy. He is hardly used in the story, but is referenced to several times. He has a strong dislike towards Ace and his time after the Bolden 3 incident...
